4 reasons to book
  • Attentive and friendly staff — Reviewers consistently mention the service, from the front desk to the restaurant, with several calling it exceptional and going above and beyond.
  • Strong breakfast and dining — The breakfast buffet receives repeated praise for its variety and quality, and the evening restaurant also earns positive comments.
  • Excellent public transport access — A tram stop is right outside, the U-Bahn and bus stop are across the street, and the S-Bahn station is about a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get around Berlin and to the airport.

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Basic facilities score — The Facilities category rates 6.9, the lowest of all, suggesting the common areas or equipment may feel dated or limited compared to the rooms and service.
  • Location in an industrial area — While transport links are praised, the immediate surroundings are described as industrial, which may not appeal to those seeking a vibrant neighbourhood atmosphere.
  • Limited restaurant choice nearby — One guest noted there are 'few good restaurants in surrounding', so you may need to rely on the hotel's own dining or travel further for alternatives.
  • Inconsistent room details — A few guests reported small oversights, such as a request for single beds not being fulfilled or leftover debris under the bed, though the rest of the room was clean.

“The quiet location was a real plus, and the breakfast offered plenty of tasty choices that suited everyone. The overall atmosphere was lovely.”

“Perfect for my business trip. I didn't take breakfast, but it was easy to adjust, even rebooking on the spot. When I asked for tea outside the breakfast flat rate, they were happy to help. The restaurant service in the evening was very friendly and attentive – for example, they offered us another table after a noisy group settled behind us. The fitness room was well-equipped with treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, mats, mirrors, dumbbells, and a few machines and benches. It was air-conditioned and had towels, drinks, and a bin – a very welcoming setup.”

8.5Verified guest

“There's a tram stop right outside. The room was a good size, nicely kept, with a comfortable bed, two chairs, and a decent desk. It even had smoke detectors.”

“Great value for money – the prices are reasonable and they pay attention to detail. Even though we were a bit far from our conference, we loved the neighbourhood feel and how easy it was to get around by public transport. The hotel is right across from the U-Bahn and bus stop, and the S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away. Convenient whether you’re using the tram, bus, or walking.”

“A very comfortable room for a German business hotel. The breakfast was good and so was the evening restaurant.”

“Easy to reach, even if it’s through an industrial area. You don't need to pay the €14 for the hotel car park because there’s plenty of free roadside parking outside. Check-in and check-out were quick and problem-free, and the staff were always friendly. However, my request for two single beds instead of a double wasn't honoured, and there were some leftover crisps under the bed. The rest of the room and bathroom were clean. The tram is right outside, so you can get to anywhere quickly. Breakfast was very good – not a huge choice of sausages, but plenty of other things like potato pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, fish, and desserts. Coffee was already on the table. Breakfast was included in the €80 weekend rate, which is great value.”
